Visiting Preachers for the Centenary

On Sunday 19th April 2026 we welcomed back Rev David Shaw and his wife, Penny. David is the fourth visiting preacher invited back to help us celebrate our Centenary. All of the visiting preachers have a previous connection with Beckminster and David and penny attended Beckminster between 1980 and 1984 and candidated for the ministry from Beckminster.

David gave a very thought provoking sermon focusing on climate change and left us with a question - "what would be the one thing God would ask us as individuals to change in our lives now in order to benefit our planet and our neighbours"?
